Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Youth Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), complex learning disabilities, and those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP). Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support, helping each student develop self-esteem, achieve personal targets, and foster a love for learning.
