£24,000 - £32,000 (pro-rata)

Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
You'll be joining the People Team at Kaluza - a team of 14 spread across London, Bristol and Edinburgh.
Specifically, you'll be working in our Workplace Team - whose mission is to make every experience in our offices seamless.
What will I be doing?
This is a part-time position for 3 days per week - we are open to which days they are.
At least 2 of the 3 days we'd expect you to be in the office - our current Edinburgh office is on Princes Street - so you'll need to be within a reasonable commuting distance.
This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract.- The role:_
Partnering with our experienced Workplace Environment Partner, Sofia (who's in London) - this person will act as 'Front of House' for Edinburgh, teaming up to make sure our UK offices run seamlessly.
Whilst you'll be based in Edinburgh and run the office there, you'll also get to support on projects across our other 4 global offices.
- This will include (but is not limited to);
- Day to day 'front of house' support and organisation for our Edinburgh office
- Supporting new starters with office inductions and access pass requirements
- Keeping groceries and stationery stocked up across the UK offices
- Supporting with the efficient running of events in the office
- Supporting health & safety and ordering any DSE equipment
- Proactively supporting supplier management (plant care, cleaners, etc)
- Partner with our tech team to ensure all the desk setups and meeting rooms operate effectively
- Helping us become more sustainable in how we run our offices
- Maintaining our office guides and supporting officerelated communications
