Our client based in Bicester is currently seeking a talented Operations Administrator to join our Morning Shift team.

The focus of this role is to provide administration support to the Depot teams to ensure that customers' expectations are consistently exceeded.

Hours: 06:00-14:00

Pattern:
Wednesday to Sunday with some flexibility required


This is a varied, fast-paced role and you will need to be able to effectively multitask and have excellent verbal and written communication.


Role responsibilities for Morning Operations Adminstrator:

  • Answering phones and addressing client inquiries and requests
  • Maintaining compliance within the depot by keeping records up to date with a clear audit trail.
  • Proficiency in analytical abilities and problemsolving skills are key to resolving any complaints or investigating any shortfalls.
  • Updating and managing company CRM utilising Microsoft Office programs
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing and processing orders
  • Maintaining accurate financial, employee, and client records
  • Drafting and sending customer communications
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Providing administrative assistance to various departments or projects as required

Requirements:


  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years working as an Administrator
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
  • Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Capable of multitasking effectively
