Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity to join one of the country's leading Fire and Rescue Services, maintaining the fire appliances and ensuring all firefighters arrive safely at incidents to save lives.

Based at there Technical Hub in Hartlepool, you will have the opportunity to work across the North Yorkshire area to carry out the inspection, repair and maintenance of the Brigades fleet of vehicles and associated operational equipment.

You will also be required to participate in the standby rota system, which is one week in five and in return you will receive an addition payment on top of the annual salary.

You will work in a modern clean workshop environment and have access to the latest equipment to maintain the fleet of vehicles.

The role will also allow you to train for the following;

  • Driver training to drive emergency vehicles using blue lights and offroad 4X4 training.
  • Aerial appliance operation training
  • Scania manufacture training
  • HGV vehicle inspection techniques training.
