Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Help Support Worker. You will work full time, supporting Ukrainian families to access local services. The ability to speak Russian or Ukrainian is essential.

The successful applicant will work as part of a small, clearly focused, dedicated team of professionals in BCP.

We work within a corporate framework and you will help develop a set of clear policies, protocols and procedures to guide our work and enable us to be 'knowingly biased' and act as an advocate for refugee families.

Training and development of staff is highly valued in BCP Council and you will have the opportunity undertake learning opportunities for staff specific to the role.

You should be passionate about embedding best practice standards and putting Ukrainian families at the centre of everything we do.

Interviews will be held on Friday 10th February.

This authority is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the community and expects all staff and volunteers to share the same commitment.

Applicants to this post will be required to complete the appropriate level of Disclosure & Barring Service Check.
