About our client
Our client is an established, international private equity secondaries advisory team based in London. The department is part of a larger, well known, financial institution with strong brand recognition.

The current team is of a very high calibre and they arelooking to grow the business by hiring an Analyst.

What the job involves:

You will lead parts of the investment process and will focus on deal execution
To a lesser extent you will gain some exposure to portfolio management and deal origination
You will also be responsible for supervising the production of financial models and managing the due diligence process

Who we are looking for:

Junior analyst level corporate finance experience, ideally with exposure to M&A or leveraged finance transactions
Experience working in/ extensive knowledge of the private equity secondaries market is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly numerate and some knowledge of financial valuation methodologies
High level of professionalism, maturity, discretion and good judgement
Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
