Responsibilities:

  • This is a fast paced environment and the ability to be able to talk to both engineers at a technical level, while supporting senior business leaders and clients to understand the product and its capabilities is key.
  • While the core of the role is focused on enhancement and delivery of a core set of digital products, you will also participate in driving innovation forward across a range of emerging technologies such as Blockchain and AI.

Experience required:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical leadership (leading project teams, setting technical direction).
  • Experience in managing Software Engineering teams (mentoring software engineers, setting technical direction).
  • Excellent crossfunctional and crossorganisational communication and collaboration skills (with engineering leaders, product managers and designers etc.)
  • Experience within Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency spheres within Financial Services.
  • Experience and good technical knowledge of software architecture patterns.
  • A hungry 'can do' attitude, willing to roll sleeves up where necessary whilst also being able to manage and direct large global teams (potentially up to staff globally).
