We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard working Welder/Fabricator to join an extremely busy engineering company based near Pocklington, East Yorkshire.

The engineering company manufactures equipment for the agricultural industry and has grown massively over the last 2 years. Their order book is already full into next year and they have some fantastic expansion plans to export worldwide.

Overview of Role:
Welding and fabrication of components to build high quality equipment

We are looking for applicantswho are reliable, safety conscious while delivering high quality of work.


Desirable skills and knowledge:

  • Own transport is a must due to the location
  • Knowledge of welding and fabrication to high standards
  • Read and understand engineering drawings
  • Lifting and Slinging
  • Flexible to learn new skills
  • Forklift experience and license desirable but not essential

Salary:

£15 per hour. Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week. All the overtime you want is avaliable.


Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. 40-hour weeks.
