This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance

Due to some exciting growth we are now looking for a
Contracting Executive to assist with the sourcing of suppliers for our tours & events.

Working closely with our product managers - the Contracting Executive will be responsible for the lifecycle of the contract, building relationships with suppliers & ensuring all key dates are communicated ahead of expiry.

This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;

Research and source providers to supply aspects of our tours & events
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers with a view to ensuring future cooperation
Negotiate within said suppliers for the best rates & commissions on products
Review contracts & issue to suppliers, being the contact for any queries
Responsible for the financial requirements of the contract highlighting payment dates for the product managers
Working closely with product managers to identify the tour & event requirements
Issuing commission invoices
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Working within set processes
Strong organisation skills
French speaking would be advantageous
Experience/ interest in cycling, running or triathlon would be preferable
