To be a point of contact on all matters relating to Information Governance and Data Protection.To provide information, guidance and advice as required to the Trust regarding Information Governance and Data Protection matters as part of a wider Information Governance Team which undertake the following functions:
- Subject Access / Individuals Rights Requests
- Freedom of Information (FOI) requests under the FOI Act
- Confidentiality and Caldicott Support
- Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT)
- Incident Management
- Information Risk Management
- Information Security
- Data Protection Duties
