About the Role


Broad Oak Group are looking for a scheme administrator who can help coordinate the Great British Insulation scheme (GBIS) throughout the customer journey from the first initial conversation to confirm that they are eligible then gather the documentation required to carry out the survey on the property the operations team will then take it from there and install the discussed measures.


We would like to grow the scheme and this is a great opportunity to develop a long-term career path within the company, our client base are people in fuel poverty and we take no payment from them, we simply let them know what energy saving measures they are entitled to under the Government Grant Scheme, the measures we will be installing under the scheme are cavity and loft insulation.

A general passion and interest in speaking to customers and customer service

Follow a step by step process identifying and qualifying leads

You must be adaptable and be able to pick up and utilise new skills quickly.

Be able to communicate clearly and confidently

Be able to manage / prioritise tasks


Full training and support will be given, experience on speaking to customers via phone would be advantageous but not essential.
