About the Role


Broad Oak Group are looking for a sales Manager to manage our successful in-house call centre and our door canvassing teams.

You will be based in our state-of-the-art offices in Hanley and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team.


We would like to grow the sales teams and this is a great opportunity to develop a long-term career path within the company, our client base are people in fuel poverty and we take no payment from them, we simply let them know what energy saving measures they are entitled to under the Government grant scheme, ensure they qualify, fit them and get paid from the scheme.

The drive and passion to keep teams motivated and ensure that they remain successful

To be able to coach & develop the team to deliver improved performance

Ability to understand key metrics & utilise these to manage team performance

Ability to set KPIs/targets & ensure these are hit

Be able to Create daily reports for management on team performance

Ability to understand data & analyse it to identify areas for improvement

Understanding of systems & the ability to develop them as necessary


Salary

Depending on experience

30 days holiday including all statuary bank holidays
