About the Role
Broad Oak Group are looking for an administrator to work in the decarbonisation division of the business.


Working on any Government grant scheme compliance is very important and to claim the cost of the installation through the scheme we need to supply evidence that the homeowner is eligible and evidence that the insulation and heating measures have been fitted, the role of the submission's coordinator is the check and organise this evidence so it can be sent to the relevant government scheme.


The job role will include:
-


  • You will need good attention to detail and have a cando attitude.
  • In some cases collecting information from operatives and colleagues if pack are incomplete.
  • Collect data from the other departments to confirm they are eligible.
  • Communication with management and work operatives.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.
  • Update status of job on shared spreadsheet with office.
  • Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data as required.
  • Full training Given.
Full training and support will be given, experience in a managerial role would be advantageous but not essential.
