ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Guest Relations Executive, you are a passionate storyteller, always have your finger on the pulse and your personality lights up the room.
You will aspire to show our guests not just the best side of our hotel but also be part of their journey in London and create memorable experiences.
From stay preparation to recommendations and follow ups you will be taking your guests by the hand and ensuring their complete satisfaction with their stay.
As part of the Guest Relations Team, your focus will be on the highest profile guests of the hotel, anticipating their needs and be their main contact throughout their stay at the hotel.
This includes making contact with the guests prior to arrival, ensuring all of their requirements are being met and communicating the guests' movements with other departments.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a 5* hotel or other luxury environments
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Empathy for your guests and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- The finest personal presentation
- Distinctive, professional and warm personality
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
