Service Delivery Director - Rainham, United Kingdom - MBA Project
Description
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful delivery of contracted services, meeting agreed KPIs/SLAs, achieving financial goals, and identifying opportunities for further enhancement of the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic account plan
- Understand customer needs and effectively respond with plans to meet them, fostering and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to consistently deliver on agreed KPIs/SLAs and customer expectations.
- Chair the Technical, Risk, and Service Management Board, overseeing service delivery and managing risks.
- Review service management, coordinate projects, and resolve disputes.
- Identify areas for revenue and profit growth through targeted KPI management and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in external engagement and negotiations with largescale businesses.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present material clearly to various audiences.
- Experience working crossfunctionally and with executive teams to create value and meet customer commitments.
- Resilient, reliable, and ethical with the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Types:
Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
