    Job Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager working at a well-renowned Tier 1 client of ours in London.

    You will be working on an £80m life science project, covering floors 1 to 8 + roof and it will be a mixed used facility split into a laboratory & commercial office space. They need someone who has a strong presence on site and can communicate effectively with trades & sub contractors.

    This opportunity is a permanent role and you will be reporting into the Project Director.

    The ideal Senior Construction Manager must have:

    • Cladding experience from the floor to the roof
    • Strong structural knowledge
    • Healthy + Safety recognition
    • Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience
    • Experience successfully running projects as a Senior Construction Manager
    • Life science construction experience would catch my clients attention
