Senior Operations Manager, Salisbury, £200 - £250 p/day (Monday - Friday), minimum 6 months

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Operations Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Salisbury for a 6-month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension).


Role:


  • Possess a significant amount of statutory compliance knowledge and strategic leadership whilst maintaining a close focus on the financial budget and specialist estates requirements
  • To provide a technical and operational service to Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and all contracted partner organisations within the Estates Technical Services (ETS) function
  • Implement, maintain and record planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activity to ensure the Trust meets all statutory and legislative requirements
  • To manage the operational maintenance team in the effective delivery
  • Ensure all records are maintained in a clear, concise and accurate manner, accessible and available at all times for audit and review
  • Manage training requirements for all operational team via a training matrix, hold accurate and up to date records
  • Seek efficiency, performance and compliance improvements by implementing continuous improvement methodologies

Person:


  • Experience within a Hard FM related leadership role ideally with exposure to working within public buildings or healthcare estates
