About the Client:

Our client works closely with over 80 Trusts and Health Boards to help minimise the adverse consequences of COVID-19 on clinical capacity decisions for patients on urgent non-COVID 19 pathways.

They provide Trusts with expert clinical teams to work in their departments when they have spare capacity, typically weekends, whilst working closely with their in-house teams.

They see new patients, including virtual clinics, follow up patients and importantly perform a comprehensive range of day case and some inpatient procedures, including Endoscopy.

This allows their clients to significantly increase the number of patients seen, reducing waiting lists and meeting RTT expectations. All whilst keeping patient treatment within their trusts.

They always aim to work creatively, collaboratively, and efficiently.

Operating out of their newly refurbished London Head Office, they have experienced a strong period of growth of 2021, growing their internal headcount by over 200%, and are looking to continue that growth into the next coming years

The Role:

Working on a highvolume permanent desk
Coordinate interviews and diaries for line managers and recruiters where necessary
Managing advertising on job sites and through ATS system

- _Strong Recruitment background, a minimum of 1 years Recruitment experience_
- _Previous internal recruitment experience is preferred but not essential_
- _Ability to hit the ground running_
- _Excellent communication skills_
