Senior Finance Analyst - Westerham - Kent - Permanent - £65,000-£70,000

Shorterm Group are currently working with aa Global Aerospace client who have just expanded into a state of the art facility and looking to appoint a new Senior Finance Analyst to their Finance team.

We are looking for a leader with either experience in auditing or extensive experience (8 years) in a manufacturing business.

This person will be the leader of 100M+ business. Our clients business is complex.

They are looking for someone that will come inwith ideas and will be able to challenge what they are doing.

Responsibilities for this role include:
Supervising a team of 4 employees, participating in monthly and annual financial reporting. Preparing and reviewing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsible for site performance governance, preparing and presenting keyKPIs and dashboards, and coordinating year-end audits.

As a member of our finance team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients Shared Services Center, Controlling team, internal control team, accounting policies team, Cash Collection team, Invoicing team, and participate in the developmentand implementation of various projects.
