    We are recruiting Remuneration Partnership Committee (RPC)Assistant to Provide proactive and professional support to the RPC and NomsCom. To stand in for the RPC Co-ordinator or other members of the team were appropriate. This role is intended to embrace a team-working approach and calls for a high degree of collaboration alongside ownership or tasks and processes.

    Our standard working hours are 9:30am -5:30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

    Candidate Overview

    We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
    • Day to Day management of the RPC lateral hire process for partners and legal directors - gathering documents and ensuring sponsors are supported through process and the RPC Co-ordinator is kept up to date
    • Liaising with the firm's GC office team to provide information
    • Partnership/statutory/regulatory requirements for new partners to be completed
    • Maintaining the central record of partner sabbaticals
    • Advising HRSS and Tax & Partner Financial Affairs Team once partner changes and retirements have been documented to ensure records are always aligned and correct
    • Providing holiday cover for RPC Co-ordinator
    • Assisting the RPC Co-ordinator with any discrete assignments that arise as a result of RPC or NomsCom initiatives, or any other projects that the Board should require assistance with
    • Arranging meetings as required
    • Taking notes of RPC bonus sub group meetings
    • Attending and taking notes of promotion sub group meetings
    • Creating offer documentation for newly promoted or re-designated partners
    • Co-ordinating the receipt of papers for the RPC lead review, interview and process
    • Arranging interviews/meetings/medicals to support the lateral process for partners and LDs
    • Tracking and progressing lateral hires through the recruitment module of OneHR system or similar platform
    • Preparing offer letters and any related documentation for new partners
    • Drafting RPC recommendation notes to seek RPC recommendations
    • Logging an audit trail RPC recommendations given and assisting with queries
    • Supporting the RPC Co-ordinator with any other tasks in relation to the promotion process
