At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally.
Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team based in our HQ in Uddingston.
The Role
- Provide general administrative support to Project Managers and other colleagues assisting with various projects
- Assist Project Managers in collating operation and maintenance manual information and uploading to client portal in line with SLA's
- Raising, processing and uploading invoices onto the client system
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and contractors
- Ordering of supplies, equipment and materials
- Collation on monthly statistics for clients
- Liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors
- Maintain training records for Emtec Group and Sub contractors
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Have first class attention to detail
- Be an effective communicator
- Great time management and organisational skills
It would be great if you have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Projects
- Knowledge of COUPA, HUB and Widex
