Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join a leading growing company within the stunning surroundings of the picturesque Stamford.

The ideal candidate for our client would be motivated, self-sufficient, enthusiastic with a passion for property.

Principle Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator

• Effectively handle all enquiries, whether in the office, via telephone or email
• Working with Landlords to let properties and assist in the development of the company's portfolio
• Maximise all Lettings and Sales Opportunities
• Negotiate property sales and effectively manage through to completion
• Person specification for the Lettings Negotiator:
• Preferred Letting Experience in a property market
• Full UK Driving Licence
• This is a full-time permanent position as a Lettings Negotiator offering an annual salary of up to £23,000 - £27,000 (DOE). 22 Days holiday and pension.
