Description

Working within a friendly and established team, at this tamworth based Engineering firm, you will be providing administrative support to the Finance Department.

We're looking for someone for an initial period of 4 weeks, but this could end up being longer term.


Duties:


  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the financial operations of the company, including sage invoice input, and raising invoices using their internal systems
  • Maintain accurate financial records and files
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries related to financial matters
  • Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Assist in preparing reports and statements

About you:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office role
  • Previous experience of using SAGE would be advantageous
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so do noy delay.


Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
Up to £11.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
