Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and providing high-quality care and education to children.

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to manage a team.


Duties:


  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Develop and implement ageappropriate activities and lesson plans
  • Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations and assessments
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's development
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the nursery
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the nursery room
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Experience:


  • Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is required
  • Demonstrated experience working with children of various ages
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
  • Valid driver's license is preferred
