Facilities Project ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Project Manager to join the capable team for a nine-month period.

Hours:
Full time, 37.5 hours, 5 days per week. Part-time working considered, as long as it covers end of the day security at 5.15pm, at least three days per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary:
£38, 922 (Band 6, point 35)
Duration:
Fixed term 9 month contract

The Role
The Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for making significant improvements in the maintenance and best practice compliance of premises over the next nine months.
This role will involve analysing what's needed, drawing up requirements, securing the services of new and capable suppliers for the improvements needed, ensuring high quality work has been done, and ensuring cost effective and suitable ongoing arrangements are put in place for thereafter.
Premises consists of a Victorian building, car parks, trees and adjacent tenanted land and buildings.This is a varied onsite role, ranging from legislative and best practice premises and facility management to the management of the property and its tenants, with office and warehouse security and health and safety.

You are a confident team player with the knowledge, experience and expertise to identify the requirements of the premises and present plans to stakeholders for approval.
You are able to draw up requirements, secure the services of new and capable suppliers for the step changes needed, ensure the work is high quality and cost effective and suitable ongoing arrangements are in place.
You will have experience of:
*Developing trusting professional business relationships to achieve team or partnership goals
*Being a respectful team player with capable colleagues
*Procurement work, professional liaison with suppliers
*Best practice premises management
