From £26,000.00 to £30,000.00 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Chislehurst BR7 6LH


Hours:
Full-time - 40 hours per week


Green Harvest CC Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for an eager HR Assistant and Executive Assistant to support our Management Team.


Responsibilities

  • Outlook management
  • Lead our staff hiring process
  • Manage our Asana platform
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents
  • Manage our online storage on OneDrive

Skills
In addition to relevant experience and administrative knowledge, you'll need to show evidence of the following:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working for a fast paced start up is an advantage
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Wellorganised, detailoriented, ability to multitask with great followup skills

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience of working on a 1:1 basis
