A luxury beauty retailer is looking for a Marketing and CRM Executive to join their busy Ecommerce Team in the West End.

You will be responsible for leading the UK CRM strategy and managing various marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, analyse data, and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing and CRM Executive with strong analytical skills to drive customer engagement and loyalty in a fast-paced environment.


This exciting role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, working to grow and elevate the B&M contactable database across all communication channels.


With a focus on retail excellence and best in class in-store campaign execution, the role requires an awareness of trends & insights balanced with an analytical mindset project management abilities.

The Marketing and CRM Executive will be a natural people person, with tech savvy know how.

This position will be a key contact for the field team in store, supporting teams to plan and grow their business with a customer first approach.


Key Duties:
CRM Management

  • Lead the UK CRM strategy, including customer engagement touchpoints and segmentation plans.
  • Manage the monthly newsletter calendar, aligning with marketing priorities and local store initiatives.
  • Measure ROI of engagement plans using available KPIs and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Marketing Support

  • Assist the UK marketing team in managing marketing plans for the brand.
  • Support the execution of 360 marketing plans, including social media executions, asset production, and postcampaign analysis.
  • Partner with retailers to ensure marketing support and drive customer engagement at a doorbydoor level.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape.
Management of Data Capture Tool & Customer Loyalty Program

  • Manage the instore loyalty program and data collection tool.
  • Analyse database updates, manage timely additions and act as lead for any issues.
  • Lead the opening of new counter doors to ensure timely launches and database growth.
  • Deliver regular reporting on store performance and client engagement.
  • Review KPIs with Regional Managers and report on store/area performance.
  • Manage store sales targets, new product RRPs, and product catalogue updates.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years min experience in CRM /Marketing / Retail / Customer Engagement
  • Knowledge of SELLIGENT and SMILE (or similar data capture program)
  • Excellent organisational, computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Eventing (Virtual and In Store)
  • Beauty retail experience and UK market experience not a must but a plus
  • Excellent attention to details, analytical skills and flexible and able to handle multitude of projects at one time.
