    We're a growing company looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to take our business development efforts to the next level.

    About You and your new role as the team's newest Business Development Executive
    As our new Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our UK customer base. From attending trade shows to targeted outreach, you'll use your initiative to find those hidden gems of opportunity.
    However, we know this may not reflect the role's business development aspect when hiring, hence BD Exec.

    While experience in sales or a technical field is beneficial, we value drive and potential over a long track record.

    In your current or previous roles, you may be called business development, product sales, technical sales, or product specialist.


    Role:
    Business Development Executive

    Based:
    Chichester PO20 3AF - with one or two days from home
    Travel: 3-4 times per year to Germany plus UK travel x 2-3 times per year for Expos, Trade Shows and Events


    Office:
    Based in the countryside outside of Chichester with lovely rural views from the office

    Bonus:
    It is based on company performance, as everyone contributes, given the size of the team (5 people).
