An opportunity to work with a leading housing provider, based in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Working within the repairs team to delivery quality repairs with a focus on damp and mould.

Lead, motivate, engage, supervise and monitor the performance of your team to ensure the effective delivery of a highquality priority repairs service.
Working side by side, supervise the performance and development of your team providing hands on expertise, coaching, performance review (121s) and other developmental support as required, ensuring a quality service is provided and performance is dealtwith appropriately.
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met in accordance with Midland hearts policy, procedures and statutory requirements.
Ideally you will have HNC and knowledge of working with the housing sector.
