    We are looking for talented individuals to join our People and Change service line and within our growing Organisation Design practice, bringing experience of leading teams to support clients to embed transformational change.

    We need individuals with a passion for working collaboratively with clients in blended teams, and a deep interest in helping support them with their people and change related challenges.

    You will join our thriving service line team with an opportunity to further develop your skills and contribute to building our capability to support further growth of our offer to market.

    As a Senior Consultant you will have:

    ~- 6 years' consulting experience, with proven experience of delivering organisation design projects and programmes. This could be from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering transformational change in industry
    ~ A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
    ~ Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
    ~ An ability to support and deliver implementation of complex business change and transformational programmes
    ~ Experience of leading consultant / client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts
    ~ Experience collaborating with colleagues from other service lines such as digital and data and strategy and custome

    A strong track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services; Org Design objective setting / principles and KPI definition
    People operating model / org structure design, grade levelling
    Capability assessment / training needs analysis
    People transition planning and implementation / restructuring support.
    An appreciation of org design in an agile context
    An industry recognised Organisation Design accreditation
    Experience of working with Org Vue
    Experience in organisational culture assessment and/or culture transformation
    Experience in design and delivery of leadership development solutions
    A total cash package in excess of £80,000 comprising of a base salary of £64,575 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
