Our Thame based client is looking for an administrator to join their small busy team and this role carries a _
salary of up to £21,400 pa
Main Purpose of Job is to provide administrative support for client's orders and internal procedures and processes.
Main areas of responsibly for the Administrator include:
- Taking Incoming calls
- Petty Cash
- Post
- Order processing
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Logging customer orders and deliveries
- Keeping Attendance Records
- Working with FSC & ISO9001:201
- Update client records
- Running weekly Reports
- Archiving projects
- Raising Customer deliveries
- Health & Safety
Other Duties for the Administrator:
- Book skip and trade waste collections as and when advised by production manager.
- Ensure tat the office has sufficient stationery
- Arrange Quarterly confidential shredding and keep records up to date.
- Print off monthly congestion charge statements for signature by the Manager.
Qualifications and Experience for the Administrator:

Previous experience of working in an office-based environment is essential
:
- Previous experience of working for a productionbased organisation is helpful
- Must be computer literate and have experience in using and working with Microsoft Office Packages
- Confident in communicating with others.
- Attention to detail and diligence is essential.
- Must be reliable, honest and willing to contribute in all areas.
- Knowledge of the Construction industry would be advantageous.
- Must be a team player.
- Full training will be provided.
Hours of Work for the Administrator: 33.5hrs per week
09:00 - 16:30 Mon-Thursday
09:00 - 15:00 Friday
30 minute lunchbreak
