I am currently working alongside a Real Estate Private Equity fund who are looking to take on an Associate in their London office.

They are an entrepreneurial UK-focussed Real Estate Fund with an opportunistic investment strategy, investing across all assetclasses. Their current AUM is just over £2 Billion.

The fund has a successful history in investing in the UK and has multiple high-profile assets in their portfolio. They are now looking to bring people on who can add to their growth during this exciting period.


The ideal Associate will have:

  • 35 years of experience
  • Real Estate investment experience
  • Exceptional modelling and numerical skills
  • Strong academic background
  • Closed UK investments, ideally in London
  • Experience working in an investment bank or a high profile Real Estate fund
