About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager this role assists in administrative duties of processing incoming sales across the business and to be on the front line speaking with customers regarding subscription and billing queries.

What you will be responsible for

Answering calls from customers to discuss billing queries.
Monitoring the incoming mailbox for sales and subscription queries
Chasing customers for nonpayments and discussing failed payments
To abide by the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company

What we are looking for

At least one year's administration experience within customer services roles
Good knowledge computer systems and a basic understanding of Excel
Strong spoken and written language
Strong organisation skills and good attention to detail.
A flexible quick thinker who can deal with tight deadlines and a demanding environment.
Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback
Ability to think strategically
Ability to creatively solve problems
Confident and proactive, prepared to take a handson approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and spoken.
