We are looking for a hands on People Advisor to join our team of two in Southgate London.

This is a pure generalist role and will be the perfect role for anyone looking to take a step up from HR Administration to HR Generalist/Advisor activities.

Have solid experience as an HR Administrator
Have a CIPD qualification or willing to work towards achieving this,
Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries,
Manage all onboarding and offboarding activities
Key interface for our monthly payroll changes
Proactively mitigate the risk of ER cases,
Support on ER cases depending on complexity,
Be responsible for some Health, Safety and Environment processes,
Administer Employee Benefits
Have the ability to run a recruitment process end to end,
Assist on HR related project work, including CSR, Business Continuity plans, Green Initiatives and Compliance,
Assist with the performance management process,
Keep up to date with UK employment law and improving policies and procedures where necessary,
Provide administrative support on the annual compensation review,
Have the ability to communicate at all levels both verbal and written,
Have excellent attention to detail
Able to work individually when required
