    Description

    We have an opportunity in our Livingston office for a Controller. A valid SIA/CCTV license is preferred but not essential.


    Main Responsibilities:
    First line of contact for our clients.
    Making and receiving calls to ensure staff are on site.

    Logging complaints, incidents and issues via the relevant forms and handing over when requiredReviewing call monitor and coaching officers the book on process if not using automated system and likewise for tablet booking onReviewing emails and passing on to relevant departments as and when neededReactive to situations such as management engagement from customer complaintsCrime desk supporting when the analysis is out of the businessTech monitoring on screens and compliance checking and reporting none usageCCTV monitoring.

    VacancyShifts - 6 on 3 off as a mixture of days and nights.

    Day Shifts Night Shifts Pay Rate:
