Clarity are delighted to be working with our long standing client who are in a period of exceptional growth. We are recruiting for a strong communicator who would thrive in their Professional Services and Training team.

The main focus of this role is deliveringhigh level training and consultancy to their clients, supporting both their on-boarding and continued use of the specialist suite of accountancy software products.

The business is growing at a phenomenal rate, your success will be based upon the successful completion of paid for training and consultancy sessions online to clients, based on these sessions being sold by the sales team.

As part of this role, you'll also work in conjunction with the sales and data migration teams, running webinars and assisting with occasional pre-sales demonstrations.

This role is based fully remotely with a visit to the head offices once / twice a month. (overnight accommodation will be covered by the business) Head Office is based in Wokingham, Berkshire

A background / qualification in accountancy is a bonus.

Work closely with other members of the business to deliver the annual sales team revenue numbers based on training and consultancy days sold and completed.
Present and demonstrate advanced product features and benefits across training and consultancy sessions.
Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Proactively source technical solutions required to address customer requirements, meeting their needs by putting them into practice during the session(s).
Provide internal product knowledge to colleagues.
Present training updates at monthly National Sales Team Meetings
To deliver remote or onsite professional consultancy sessions to accounting practices and corporate clients.
