  • We have an opportunity for a Consumer Account Manager working alongside the Account Lead for a prestigious retail customer. We are looking for an individual who is recognized in consumer sales to enhance our already successful team. You will be reporting to ISO EMEA
  • UKI Territory & Market.

As a Consumer Account Manager for Lenovo, you will be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and develop effective long-term business relationships at the level with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.- Identifies and prioritizes Lenovo opportunities and develops solutions strategies.

Plans and facilitates complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.- Execute on robust business plans related to both Lenovo's strategy and the retailers.


  • Ensure Lenovo achieves market share growth within the existing accounts base
  • Managing key seasonal promotional opportunities, Easter, BTS and Christmas.
  • Ensure all promotional opportunities provide part of a realistic weekly forecast.
  • Manage Sell In and Sales Out inventory profiles plus returns/DOA's both internally and externally
  • Own ongoing analysis of metrics & business performance to produce weekly report for business performance & relevant actions and recommendations
  • Implement account level profitability plans to include Sales GTN=Discounts, Rebate Plan, PP, Spiff funding & Promotions, GP%, Co-Marketing.
  • Work with UKI product management to determine appropriate product lineup, price propositions, and gain margin signoff for each customer play.
  • Engagement with customer at all levels including senior management in order to completely understand their business drivers.
  • Internal project management across finance, service, marketing, GSC, Operations and Product Management to support key retailers.
  • Manage Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis:

    Position Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in IT Industry and Sales.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel & PPT
  • Selfmotivated and proactive mentality
  • Energetic, sales driven attitude and a "must win" attitude
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced Consumer environment.
  • Commercial Understanding of National retailers/etailers
  • Requires travel
