Join our team as a Call Center Representative where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service.

We are seeking individuals who are proficient in communication and possess strong phone etiquette skills to assist our diverse customer base.


Duties:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers in English
  • Analyze customer inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
  • Upsell products or services when opportunities arise

Skills:


  • Proficient in phone etiquette with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to upsell products or services effectively
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,934.80 per year
