    • Our client is a leading architecture and planning practice in Truro, Cornwall, specialising in bespoke residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion, with responsibility for delivery.
    Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion.


    • Work closely with in-house town planners and landscape architects to integrate planning and landscape considerations into architectural designs.
    • Ensure all projects comply with UK building regulations and are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Extensive new build experience.
    • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
    • Proficient in 3D drawing software.
    • Experience managing teams and delivering residential projects in the UK.
    • Full driving licence and use of a vehicle.
    Experience with AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
