As the Head of Employee Experience, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our staff are empowered, engaged, and motivated every step of the way.

    The Role

    What you'll be doing

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end people experience, sculpting an environment that fosters individual growth and success while seamlessly adapting to the dynamic needs of our business.
  • Design and execute initiatives across talent management, learning & development, rewards & recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of DEI & ESG to ensure our culture reflects our values and accelerates our business priorities.
  • Co-own the Employer Value proposition with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • Build trusted partnerships across the business, especially with the Operations team to deliver for our largest population: our centre managers and tutors, both online and offline.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving progress in all areas of employee experience.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • T-shaped leader with expertise in learning & development, talent management, and/or rewards.
  • Proven track record of autonomously driving forward-looking employee experience visions.
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with diverse employee profiles.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and prioritisation based on commercial needs.
  • Logistics

    The Logistics:

  • Full-time remote-first role with UK travel required for meetings and workshops.
  • Reports directly to the Chief People Officer.
  • Salary competitive and dependent on experience.
  • Closing date 29th May
  • Holidays : 22 annual days + bank holidays, Christmas eve & 2 well-being and volunteer days. You'll also receive additional holiday based on length of service.
