We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Intermediate Representative, Client Service to join our OPTISM (Operations, Payments, Treasury, Issuer Services, Markets) team.

This role is located in
Poole , UK **with a hybrid work model.


In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Speaking up and escalating client needs

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Client focused
  • Financial service experience preferable but not essential
