Description

Reporting directly into the Technical Manager, you will be assisting them with day-to-day technical operations of the account, co-ordinating M&E functions in the London and small regional offices and ensuring the upkeep of e-logbooks and technical library.

This role will be performed in conjunction with assisting in the completion of Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance tasks.


Key Responsibilities


1 Be the first port of call for the client owned CAFM system (Concept) and appraise all key stake holders of progress of works.


2 Ensure that the client owned CAFM (Concept) is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tasks are closed out with accurate data captured.

3 Ensure that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to QHSE, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance. Maintaining e-logbooks.

4 Learn and understand CBRE technical and QHSE processes.

5 Assist with booking in sub-contractors, reviewing that SSoW are suitable and ensuring behavioural risk reviews are carried out.


6 Ensure that plant faults and defects are escalated appropriately and forward on relevant information to the parties that need to know.

7 Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of critical plant.

8 Overview the buildings environmental conditions using the BMS System and utilise same to maintain acceptable internal conditions.

9 Ensure that maintenance records from sub-contractors are filed correctly on-site logbooks and e-logbooks.

10 Assist the M&E manager in creating SSoW for site procedures.


11 Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment, liaise with the M&E Manager and the clients H&S representative.

12 Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors.


13 Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate, including the utilisation of the shift engineers to ensure the task is suitably completed.

14 Assist the shift lead engineers with undertaking work tasks as directed and with suitable H&S awareness/implementation. Escalate concerns you may have and work with the M&E manager to resolve them.

15 Have an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.


16 Identify potential technical improvements for existing plant and equipment maintenance to facilitate improved reliability and /or cost reduction with fully supported documentation.

17 Generating and raising extra works and Web quotes when required. Assisting the shift engineers to gain costs and quotes for work that they need to complete.


Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
