Job Overview
Issuing of working documentation to the production department as and when required. Maintain a
record of all documents issued and ensure only current copies are made available for each area
through the maintenance of a secure and controlled filling system.


Main Activities/Tasks
The main duties of the position will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Maintenance of a training Matrix for Production Suites that tracks the training status of all
operatives working in a particular area.

  • Liaise with Production Supervisors / Management to ensure that all training is provided prior
to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) effective dates.

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that SOP's are maintained in a current and
compliant state.

  • Assist Production Supervisors in ensuring that the area operates to the GMP level required
within the Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Other administration duties as and when required.
**Essential Criteria: **- Educated to at least GCSE level with grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.

  • Have relevant experience within an Administration role, demonstrating the use of Microsoft
packages e.g. Word and Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills along with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable Criteria:


  • Previous Administration experience
  • Previous Production Experience
  • Willing to work a shift pattern
