Right now we are looking to recruit IPS Employment Specialists across the Surrey area (specifically Guildford, Cranleigh, Chiddingfold).

You'll take on the rewarding challenge of managing a caseload of 20 to 25 individuals, aiding them in navigating the hurdles to secure and sustain gainful employment.

Employing the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, you will deliver bespoke advice and build strategic partnerships with local businesses, ensuring our clients transition smoothly into meaningful employment.

You'll become an integral part of their recovery journey, advocating for improved health and wellbeing, all while embedded within the heart of primary care, community teams, and the broader network.

And don't worry If you have employment services experience but not specifically IPS then we can train you when you join us.
