We are looking for a self-motivated and energised colleague to work as a Project Coordinator in our team to provide the administrative, organisational and planning support across the Division of Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular.
Flexibility and approachability are essential to the success of this post as well as the ability to cope with the changing needs of the division to fulfill this demanding role.
We are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate good written and oral communication.
- Providing support, as required to team members in the preparation of documentation, including investigation reports, action plans, progress tracking, update reports, minute taking
- Organising and coordinating meetings and events for Divisional Quality & Safety Team, providing support to nursing shared governance meetings as part of the nursing strategy for the Division & the CQC agenda
- Electronic diary management for Quality & Safety Team
- Working as part of the team to build and sustain effective partnerships and relationships with a range of internal and external groups and organisations, especially Medical Directors' Office
- Inputting data, producing reports as requested and monitoring progress against key targets. Organising and coordinating meetings and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the team to build and sustain effective partnerships and relationships with a range of internal and external groups and organisations
- Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the grade as requested
