Job Title:
Remediation Manager


Start Date:
As soon as possible


Duration: 3 months


Day Rate:
£400 - £450 per day depending on experience


Location:
Working from home


Skills and Experience:


  • Level 4 Diploma qualified
  • Remediation management experience
  • Experience of Equity Release suitability
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management / verbal and written and presenting to clients
  • Credible communicator and Operational lead
  • Experience of customer remediation letters and mailings/customer contact

Job Purpose:


  • To operationalise and deliver a small past business review of equity release advice files with a view to awarding a final case grade through suitability reviews and customer engagement.
  • Mobilise/manage a small team of reviewers/QA
  • Effective induction and training
  • Effective processes in place to achieve remediation delivery plan
  • Maintain and track case reporting consistency and consistency of case grading
  • Agree processes for operationalising the past business review
  • Agree MI data points for client reporting
  • Lead on client MI reporting and analysis
  • Attend/lead client update meetings and internal/external case calibration sessions
  • Manage and monitor team/individual production and quality targets
  • Liaise with expert internal Advisory team to keep aligned to agreed direction of travel
