The role:


  • Supporting the Head of Operations, Technology & Transformation in developing a Target Operating Model strategy driven by quality processes and data and supported by strategic technology to facilitate business stability and growth. The Business Analystswill play a leading role in delivering the strategy through to completion

Experience & Knowledge:


  • Indepth understanding of financial services processes and products with a focus on Operations
  • Process / Change / Transformation experience within the banking industry
  • Proven analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Lean Six Sigma / Prince2 qualification desirable
