Liverpool city centre office base with hybrid working. _You will be required to work from our offices a minimum of 50% of your working week with home / agile working available for the remaining 50%._
The role
This is a really exciting time to join the People Services team here at The Regenda Group as we seek to enhance our recruitment and selection services by expanding our in-house Talent Acquisition team.
The right fit
- A background in either customer service, sales, inhouse recruitment, agency recruitment or temporary staffing is preferable, but this is not essential providing you can demonstrate the relevant skills and aptitude.
- Ideally you will have prior experience working with IT systems, although full training will be provided on our inhouse system.
- The nature of recruitment is that it is fast paced and everchanging, so it is an essential requirement that you have a resilient mindset with a 'can do' approach to problem solving and an outcome focused approach when carrying out your work.
- This role will require you to manage multiple live vacancies at any one time, so you will need to be confident in your organisation skills and time management.
- Ultimately, we can train the right person on most aspects of the role, but it is essential that you have a real passion for people and a desire to help us bring skilled and talented individuals into our organisation.
