I'm currently searching for an enthusiastic and sales-driven General Manager or Management Couple to join a stunning countryside pub in South West England.

Accommodation is provided onsite and you have the flexibility to put your own stamp on the menu, internalprocesses and creative flair to drive sales.

The Pub also has a small number of boutique bedrooms attached which are booked online, along with onsite event space to drive additional revenue.

E.g weddings, private parties etc

There is plenty of potential to earn bonus too, with passionate leadership & proactivity being a key factor.

This is an exciting time to join a stunning venue and make it your own, offering superb service, food, drink and events.

The company also has othersites within the group, for career progression seekers or if you just fancy a change of scenery.

What are we looking for?

A strong leader to motivate and manage the team with a focus on training and development to take the business to the next level
2+ years experience as General Manager within a similar pub environment
Experience as a chef or good knowledge of food and menu development
Flair for marketing and event management
Must be selfmotivated and maximise sales
Exceed customer expectations and love the business
Must be willing to establish themselves as the face of the pub, network with the locals and promote new business
