Our appointment setting team are responsible for setting appointments for our Franchise network of Garage Door installers across the UK and Republic of Ireland.


Appointment setters are responsible for identifying potential clients, communicating with said clients ensuring their experience is at a top level while scheduling appointments in a timely manner.

If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales this is the ideal position for you.


Responsibilities:


  • Field incoming leads from prospective customers and convert at 75% or more to appointments.
  • Ensure each prospective customers have a positive experience with Garolla
  • Explain in detail Garolla products and services to prospective customer when setting appointments.
  • Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each customer.
  • Take initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
  • Using our inhouse CRM and quotation system

  • Must be computer literate or have the ability to learn.
